You have a product I'm interested in, but it says 'sold out', yet the option to purchase is still available. Can I still purchase it?
Please, do NOT purchase anything that says 'sold out'. I keep my site up to date within an hour or so, and whenever I sell out of something I put the notice up.
The only thing I can suggest is sending me a message in the 'contact me' page. That way you can find out quickly what's up, or request that I make a reserved listing for you, which I'm more than happy to do ![]()
Yes, I have two shops on Etsy, and one on eBay. The products on this site, however, are not offered anywhere else. If I ever put them on eBay in the future, they'll be the same price.
Where do you get your components? (eg. chain, findings, etc)
I generally purchase them in wholesale from multiple sources, from local to around the world.
Yes! The only thing I love more than getting requests for custom items is making them.
Honestly, it really depends on several things:
Material cost is a big chunk of the cost of a commission, especially if you require it to be something like sterling silver. Sterling is not cheap, even from a wholesale-standard.
But all requests and final items are different, so here's a rough quote:
If you want sterling silver to be the key material for the findings (e.g. chain, headpins, jumprings, etc) then add $10.00 to earrings and $25.00 for necklaces.
Again, these were just rough quotes; contact me with what you're interested in and I'll look into it and get back to you with a personal quote. The final price can be a little more or less than my quote.
Shipping
Do you offer faster shipping services?
Yes, but you need to contact me prior to purchasing, so I can adjust the shipping charges on the product. The faster you want it, the more expensive it gets; therefore my default shipping will always be USPS First Class, to save you money!
Can you ship items via UPS or FedEX?
Of course I can. But I need to adjust shipping charges on the listing to cover it. This means I need to package the product and take it to the UPS or FedEX, and weigh it, and see the least expensive shipping option. Then, I'll contact you with the updated info, and you can pay. I will also need your phone number in order to ship UPS or FedEX.
