I ship everything USPS First Class (Domestic & International.
Delivery time always varies. Some people have gotten their item in 2-3 days, while some have had to wait a week or so. (Domestic)
International deliveries always take longer; even up to almost two months.
I am NOT responsible for a package after it is shipped. Everything domestic has a tracking number attached to it, and you WILL get an email with the number so you can follow it.
I do NOT consider a package lost until after 45 days in the USA.
I do NOT consider a package lost until after 90 days OUTSIDE OF THE USA.
If I get a package back, saying 'return to sender', it makes me incredibly upset.Firstly, you should have VERIFIED your address in PayPal or at least left a message telling me where to ship it. I'm not responsible for your address for you.
If the item(s) come back, they're mine to keep. No refunds.
So please, PLEASE make sure the address is current.
I do not give refunds. No exceptions. If your package is lost in the mail, I'm sorry. It's not my responsibility once it is dropped off at the post office. If you item is damaged (which should never be the case, considering I pack everything VERY carefully so nothing will ever get damaged), once again, it's not my fault.
If you ordered something but it doesn't fit right, or you would like it altered, I MAY be able to help you. It all depends on the situation. Just send me a message describing the situation and we can go from there. If it turns out I can alter it, you (the buyer) will pay shipping BOTH ways. To me and again to send it back.
